What We Share, What We Keep
Module 3 — What We Share, What We Keep

The Birthday Photo
For parents: Your kid, Jonah, turns 7. Big party, cake with candles, the full programme. That evening you send a cute photo into the family WhatsApp group. Two days later Grandpa messages proudly: "Put that picture on Facebook, 47 likes, everyone says Jonah's adorable!"
You're pleased. And you pause. Facebook? Public? Who's seeing all this?
For kids: Imagine a photo of you — in pyjamas, with cake on your face, or with swim floats by the pool — suddenly showing up for people you don't even know. People from Grandpa's work. A friend of your aunt. Or just anyone on the internet. How does that feel?
In this module you ask each other: What can go out? To whom? And who decides?
And the most important part: even small kids get a say. Because they're their photos.
