By registering and using learnathome.club you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to all users of the learning platform learnathome.club (hereinafter “Platform”), regardless of whether they are registered as a student, teacher, or administrator.

2. Registration and Account

  • Use of the Platform requires registration with a valid name and email address.
  • You are responsible for the security of your password and undertake not to share your access with third parties.
  • Providing false identity data may result in suspension of the account.

3. AI-Generated Content

The Platform offers AI-assisted features (e.g. automatic quiz generation, summaries, study aids). Please note:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors and is not intended as a sole learning source.
  • The content does not replace professional guidance from qualified teachers.
  • The Platform accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated content.
  • Inputs to AI features are transmitted to third-party providers (OpenRouter) for processing. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. Code of Conduct

Users undertake to:

  • Use the Platform exclusively for learning purposes.
  • Not upload or distribute any unlawful, offensive, or discriminatory content.
  • Not carry out automated access (bots, scrapers) without express permission.
  • Respect the copyrights of third parties and upload only their own or licensed content.

5. Privacy

The handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you confirm that you have taken note of it.

6. Availability

We endeavour to provide the Platform with as few interruptions as possible. There is no entitlement to continuous availability. Maintenance work and technical faults may lead to temporary restrictions.

7. Termination

  • You can delete your account at any time in your profile.
  • After deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.
  • The operator reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in the event of a breach of these Terms of Use.

8. Changes

The operator reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
