Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

3. Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract.

By registering for learnathome.club you expressly agree that access to the platform and digital learning content begins immediately after conclusion of the contract. You hereby confirm that you consent to the immediate commencement of performance and that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation can be carried out via your user profile on the platform. After cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
