Mia stares at her phone
Mia is sitting on the steps outside her front door. Her phone is in her lap, but she can't bring herself to look at it any more.
Last night something happened. Someone from a game sent her a photo that she swiped away as fast as she could. It was gross. She feels like she did something wrong, just for opening the chat at all.
"If Mum finds out, she'll take my phone away for sure," she thinks. "If I don't say anything, maybe it'll just go away."
But it doesn't go away. The image keeps popping back into her head.
Mia — and maybe you one day — needs to hear one important sentence right now:
You're not to blame. You're not alone. And speaking up early helps.
This module shows you what to do when something really does go wrong online — so you know what to do before it happens.
